Summer Diary

 Before taking a couple months off for summer family fun, I ended off the Spring 2011 Session with several exciting events:
Lindsay Lilac Festival in May - thanks to Phoenix Bellydance for inviting me for a guest spot!

In June my students performed for the first time at the Phoenix Bellydance Summer Hafla.  They did a fabulous job and I am so proud and happy for them.

This was also the first time my parents had ever seen me perform!

In July I teamed up with the amazing women of the Gillie Beans FUNd for a fundraising bellydance workshop.  We had an enormous amount of FUN and raised over $700 for Rhabdomyosarcoma Research through the Sick Kids Foundation.

Many thanks to all who came out to these fabulous events!  It was a great summer and now I am very excited to begin the Fall Session of dance!
